Airfarepulse does not represent or have any official tie-up with any airline, airport, or travel supplier shown on this site. Booking a flight through us is like booking through any independent travel agent. We simply help you book with the airline or supplier.

Your travel contract is directly with the airline. Their rules on baggage, changes, cancellations, and refunds are solely theirs to decide.

5. Price Accuracy & Data Sources

Fares shown on our site come from Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airline APIs, and partner feeds. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but we cannot promise that every price shown is still available or error-free.

If a pricing error occurs, Airfarepulse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bookings made at the wrong price. If that happens, we will let you know right away and offer a full refund or the option to book at the correct fare.

6. 24-Hour Cancellation (DOT Rule)

Under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, most airline tickets booked at least 7 days before departure can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking — at no penalty — if bought directly from the airline. This rule applies to tickets issued by the airline and may or may not apply to tickets booked through Airfarepulse as a third-party agency.

Airfarepulse offers its own 24-hour courtesy cancellation window on qualifying bookings. Please check our Refund Policy and confirm cancellation eligibility with our agent at +1 (855) 703-0004 before canceling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Airfarepulse only acts as a bridge between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the airline.
• Overbooking, denied boarding, or anything the airline or airport does.
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
• Changes in government travel warnings, visa rules, or entry requirements.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
• Any indirect or incidental damages from travel booked through us.

Our total liability to you will never exceed the service fee you paid to Airfarepulse for that specific booking.
